The elevator didn’t work, making it a real chore to climb multiple flights of stairs!!! The refrigerator in the room was non-functional, which made storing beverages impossible!!! Bring a water bottle since you won't find it unless asked!!!

Request kitchen utensils upon arrival to avoid delays, as they are not immediately available despite the beautiful kitchen area.

the complimentary breakfast was essentially non-existent, offering just one choice (how delightful). the elevator didn’t work, making me feel like a personal trainer for my legs. i really expected a little upgrade or a welcome gift to make up for the inconvenience but clearly that was too much to ask.

The view is amazing, and the surprise party organized was pure bliss. Absolutely my new favorite spot!

Amazing view, amazing staff, with breathtaking ocean vistas that enhanced every moment and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home during my stay. Additionally, the easy access to transportation just 38 km from the nearest airport was a major convenience.

Had the best time! The staff was so caring, checking in on me every morning, and they arranged a surprise party that blew my mind! The ocean view was beyond belief, but I expected the cleaning staff to be a bit quieter at times. I’ll definitely return!
